After we’ve signed a cleaning agreement, we perform a complete walkthrough of your building with your dedicated quality control manager. The QC manager takes a deep dive into the specifics of your facility to ensure our cleaning team is set up to make your cleaning program a success from day one. From there, the QC manager communicates your expectations and any specific requirements to the dedicated cleaning team serving your facility.

Step 4: Immediate Follow-Up

After we’ve completed your first cleaning service, your QC manager will follow up the next day in person or over the phone to ensure that we didn’t come across anything we didn’t understand or that you noticed something was missed. If we didn’t, you can be confident that your services will only get better with time. If we miss anything, we immediately resolve the issue and proactively ensure it does not happen again.
